 Tenley, a Golden Retriever, joined Caring Canines in June of 2002 and attended 166 visits before deciding to retire in June of 2009. He was a member of the Caring Canines Entertainment team delighting children with his smiles, kisses and his designer "boots." The human on the other end of Tenley's leash, Erin, contributed her own time and energy to the Caring Canines Board of Directors, the Adminsitrative Committee and the Advisory Committee. She gave endlessly of her time while juggling all the repsonsibilities of a full time job and motherhood. With the addition of a brother and sister in the past three years, Tenley has become the family baby-sitter and has a full time position keeping his human-siblings in check. He takes his "big brother" responsibilities very seriously and is very protective of his pack. As you can see from the following pictures, Tenley's life of retirement is busy and active. We thank Tenley and his hu-mom, Erin, for their years of service to Caring Canines. Happy Retirement!
