Phoebe is a tri-colored Australian Shepherd. Australian Shepherds were
originally bred to be sheep herding dogs, but Phoebe enjoys going on
walks and snuggling on the couch. Phoebe came to our home when she was 8-months old. She was
very sick and her vocal chords had been cut so she could not bark. She
was very shy and not trusting of people. However, with love, patience
and training, Phoebe has become a healthy and friendly dog. She now
loves being with people, especially children.
